Three people were killed and five others injured after a gunman opened fire from a boat at a waterfront bar in Southport, North Carolina. The shooting happened Saturday night near the American Fish Company, a popular bar along the coast. Witnesses say the suspect fired toward diners before fleeing by boat down the Intracoastal Waterway. The Coast Guard later apprehended the suspect near Oak Island. Investigators say the man is a combat veteran living with PTSD. Charges include three counts of first-degree murder.
