BREAKING: A man has been arrested after the horrifying discovery of multiple dead dogs at a home in Anderson County.
Deputies say 26-year-old Christopher Thrasher is facing three felony counts of ill treatment of animals after investigators found skeletal remains of several dogs at a residence on Camelot Drive earlier this month.
Thrasher is currently being held at the Anderson County Detention Center, and officials say more charges could follow as the investigation continues.
