Breaking News: A South Carolina State Trooper is recovering after being struck by a truck while assisting with a traffic stop on I-77 in Richland County. Officials say the vehicle hauling a trailer veered off the road, hitting the trooper with its driver-side mirror. Fortunately, the trooper is expected to be okay.
