🍎 Healthy food just got more affordable in Spartanburg. Thanks to a new partnership between the nonprofit Play. Advocate. Live Well. (PAL) and Blues Country Store, families using SNAP or EBT benefits can now get 50% off fresh produce through the new Fresh Match program.
The initiative, launched in August, is funded by a federal grant and aims to make locally grown fruits and vegetables more accessible — while supporting local farmers. The result? Healthier eating, stronger communities, and double the fresh food for the same price.
