Thousands of UnitedHealthcare customers in South Carolina may soon lose in-network access to Spartanburg Regional Health System. The current contract between the two organizations is set to expire October 14 for commercial and Medicare Advantage plans, and December 31 for individual and family plans. If no agreement is reached, patients with UHC coverage could face higher out-of-pocket costs or be forced to find new providers.
