Months after a powerful storm caused major damage across the region, officials are continuing efforts to assist those impacted. A special consumer assistance event was held to help storm victims with ongoing insurance claims, recovery resources, and disaster preparedness. Representatives were available to answer questions, provide updates, and help file complaints if needed. Additional help and resources remain available online for those who couldn’t attend in person.
