The Asheville Police Department has announced that off-duty officer Beau Baley was arrested on February 7 by the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office on charges including Driving While Impaired, Misdemeanor Child Abuse, Public Urination, Resisting Public Officer, and Reckless Driving.
