The owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique was arrested twice on Thursday by two different Upstate law enforcement agencies, according to arrest reports. First, the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pamela Brooke Schronce after receiving two reports from victims, according to Lt. Graham McLellan.
