In a news conference, Oconee County Emergency Services Director Scot Krien confirmed 66-year-old Mark Patrick Wagnon, was located Saturday afternoon at around 3:15 p.m. by a volunteer search group. He was located approximately half a mile from where his car was located late Thursday morning.
