🚨 Deadly Crash in Greenville County — Deputies say a woman struck two pedestrians near Valley View Drive. One victim, 36-year-old Cassondra Grayson, later died at Prisma Health. Her death has been ruled a homicide, and the driver is in custody.
🔪 Knife Attack in Anderson County — 24-year-old Kobie Clary is accused of stabbing a woman inside her home on Drake Street. He was previously trespassed from her property and is now being held without bond.
🚓 Roundabout Vandalized in Chesnee — A community beautification project was destroyed by a truck caught on video doing donuts in the newly landscaped area. Neighbors are offering a $500 reward for tips.
🎯 Spartanburg Drive-By Shooting — Bullets struck 3 homes and a car on Avon Street. One resident recounted how he narrowly avoided being hit inside his bathroom. No injuries reported, but police are still looking for suspects.
🔫 Gun Brought to NC High School Football Game — A juvenile was arrested after a school resource officer found a gun at Erwin High School in Buncombe County.
🛣️ Road Closure in Union County — Bobby Faucette Road will close Sept. 15 for bridge replacement over Sandy Run Creek. The work will last until summer 2026.
🏈 High School Football Injury — Palmetto High player Eli Jordan was airlifted after an injury during Friday night’s game. He is recovering and able to move and talk.
