When the plan for a massive 600-acre residential and commercial development was denied due to exceeding density guidelines, the disagreement spilled onto social media. <\/p>\n<p>County Council Chair Matthew Durham publicly pushed back against what he called &#8220;threats&#8221; from developer Mark Hart, who denies the accusation and insists he\u2019s seeking a path forward.
